Cindy retired from the United States Army as a Sergeant Major with 26 years of experience. During her tenture in the Army she specialized in information technology and program management. She also specialize in web design and the use of abode products to assist small business in creating a product to assist buyers. She is also the proud creator and designer for L.I.Harris Realty, L.L.C. web site. She is a realtor with experience in Staging, decorating, and currently a student of Interior Design at the Art Institure of Washington.
Lillian has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. She started in 1985 as an agent with a small firm and graduated to President of her own real estate company, L.I.Harris Realty, L.L.C. She received her broker’s license in the years 2000 and opened an office in Camp Springs, Maryland, providing an extensive “hands-on” approach to her business. She prides herself on how the business grew thru her referral base. Word spread on the sincere, knowledgeable and trustworthy operations of Ms. Harris and her staff and the growth of her client portfolio and revenue exceeded her expectations. In addition to managing her real estate company, she was also the Branch Manager for Challenge Financial Investors, during this time.

As a realtor, she discovered a passion for helping others and within her first two years, she had accumulated over one million dollars in sales which is a great achievement in a challenging industry. After working for four years with Weichert, she joined Best Properties for two years, and for the last eight years she has found her home with L.I.Harris Realty. Sherrie absolutely loves working with people and helping them to realize their dream of owning a home. She gets an enormous amount of pleasure of making the home buying process as informative and stress-free for her clients as possible. Sherrie is experienced in working with a variety of clientele and she specializes in working with first time home buyers as well as investors. Before becoming a licensed realtor, Sherrie worked with members of congress at a senior advocacy organization for over ten years.
